1. Scope and Services

KiteHouse Labs, LLC operates multiple websites, platforms, and services, including but not limited to Vibez.lol, Perhaps.gay, and any other domains, applications, or services we own or operate now or in the future (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms apply to all access to and use of the Services, regardless of the specific domain through which access occurs.

2. Unified Account System

We operate a single, mandatory unified account system across all Services.

By creating an account on any of our domains, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• One account is used across all Services
• Account credentials function across all domains
• Profile data, settings, and content are synchronized
• Actions taken on one Service may affect all Services
• Account deletion applies globally and permanently across all Services

There is no option to separate accounts by domain. If you do not agree with unified accounts and data synchronization, you must not use the Services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• All information you provide is accurate and current
• Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach

We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials.
